谢邀。 在目前情况下,只有符合以下情况之一的人才有资格获得工作签证(Work Visa)。 1. 已经在新西兰有长期居留权(Long Term Resident Visa)的外国公民; 2. 与持有临时居民签证(Temporary Residence Visas,简称TRV)的新西兰公民结婚; 3. 作为新西兰公民或永久居民的配偶、同居伴侣或者受抚养子女居住在海外; 4. 是从事紧缺职业的人员。其中又包括两类:a. 专业运动员和教练员;b. 技术工人; 5. 有雇主担保并且被证明该职位找不到合适的新西兰公民或永久居民来担任。 还有少数几种特殊情况也可以获得工作签证,不再赘述了。
关于工作机会的描述: 1) Work Opportunity - An employment opportunity that has been advertised for a minimum of two weeks in New Zealand and cannot be filled by a NewZealander or permanent resident, usually as defined under the Skilled Migrant category. This could mean job advertising is placed online on recruitment websites such as TradeMe or Seek.
2) Job Offer - An offer of work from an employer to start within six months (or other agreed period with Immigration NZ) from when you apply, which pays at least the going rate/market salary for your skill level, plus any benefits. The job must meet the same criteria used to determine a suitable occupation for immigration purposes.
3) Employer Approval - All employers who would like to employ someone on a Work visa are required to have approval from Immi-landNZ before they can advertise a position and hire people on this type of visas (except for those under the Skill Select stream of work visas).
