探亲签证到期如何续签？
在您入境英国时，您的生物信息会被录入到英国移民局的信息系统中，这个信息就是您在英国的合法身份的依据（visa or leave） 您目前的这种情况是1月29日到期，但是您已经逾期居留超过一个月了，按照移民法的规定，除非您在逾期期间被警察盘查，否则您不能以逾期逗留为由申请延期或变更签证。 如果警方盘问过您，那么您可以申请非法居留许可（Illegal immigrant permit application， IPA form)来获取合法的滞留在英国的资格。 IPAs are issued to irregular migrant workers who have been stopped by the police in England， Wales and Northern Ireland. The police will issue a notice instructing you to complete an immigration application form within one month of being arrested， which explains why they stopped you under the Immigration Acts. You can then apply to remain in the UK until your application is decided on. A Home Office decision on the application may be upheld without interview if that's what was stated when it was made， and there isn't any new evidence since this time. If it is not upheld， you would need to attend an Interview at the Immigration Service Centre where you would be asked about your work history in the UK and your reasons for staying here illegally， after which you would most likely be removed from the country. This process usually takes up to three years.
